Jenna - Depression is a bitch, but most depressions are treatable and most people don't have a second bout. Also, about the switching; like my father used to say - "You gotta kiss a lot of frogs before you find your princess." Many people respond to the first antidepressant, but some people need to try 4 or 5 before finding the right one. One thing you can tell yourself is that your feeling like this won't be forever. The time will pass, but its hard to comprehend when you are in the middle it. Good luck and keep plugging away. I'll be happy to try to answer any further questions that may arise. - Cam W.
