Adderall

I have been prescribed Adderall for my add. (I'm 31 yrs old) I have been doing some research on it and have come across some info that concerns me! Most all sites say that I should not mix caffine and adderall... It gives no reason, just that I shouldn't. I have two weeks before my next Dr. appt and would love to fine out the answer now. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you...
