Abby, Reboxetine is a SNRI, selective noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor. I take desiprimine, a TCA, and I beleive it's sorta like Rebox in what it affects but nowhere near as selective.
Believe me, I'm not Mr. science so Adam can certainly explain it better and address your other questions as well.
