Dr. Bob......Antidepressants and breastfeeding

I have a one month old baby and currently breastfeed. I suffer from GAD and some OCD. I took 50mg Zoloft during my pregnancy and now feel like it wasn't and isn't really effective for me. My new psych suggested Effexor, but I have concerns about meds and breastfeeding. I haven't really found any info over the internet of much help. Any suggestions?
