In reply to wellbutrin insomnia, posted by natural on January 15, 2000, at 11:26:22
My doctor prescribed .5 mg of Klonopin to be taken at bedtime when I complained about insomnia due to this drug. I take 400 mg of Wellbutrin and I don't have any problems with insomnia anymore. I've wondered if I could stop taking the Klonopin by now, but it's working so well that I hate to rock the boat.

EXCEPT for the INSOMNIA. ideally, i just need to find something i can take at bedtime to knock me out. tried benadryl which knocked me out, but it also depressed my CNS which negated the benefits of the wellbutrin. i am also very sensitive to most medications, so a little for me tends to go a loooong way. anyone who has any suggestions to help me get a good night's sleep without paying too high a price (in terms of side effects as well as financially), i'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
