John, when I first tried Prozac in ’88, I had intolerable nausea. I stuck with it for 6 weeks and lost lots of weight, etc. and finally gave up. Several failed meds later, I tried again but had the pharmacist make capsules with stepped doses. The gradual start made all the difference. That was the same reasoning I used with Naltrexone because I wanted so badly to give it a good chance at working. Hang in there… Wayne
