Paxil interactions?

I have just begun taking paxil for depression. Won't know for a while if it will work, but I'm hoping. I'm concerned about a couple of drug interactions, based on some ambiguous stuff I've read. I know that ketoconazole can be a problem with some SSRIs, but does that include TOPICAL ketoconazole? (I use prescription nizoral for dandruff). How about claritin for allergies? And is grapefruit juice a problem with SSRIs?
