As a clinical child psychologist, I deal with a lot kids on Ritilan for ADHD. Older kids have problems with compliance in school because of social stigma. Recommended to a medicating psychiatrist that a switch to Adderal might be a good option for a youngster with these types of in-school compliance difficulties because of no need for noon time dosing. He indicated that he found reference to a side effect of Adderal to be diabetes. I can find no info on this. Anyone ever heard of this?
