Just use care when getting up. Get up slowly. This is a common side effect in literature. It may lessen in time but I wouln't bet on it completely going away. As long as serzone is working, dizziness while rising isn't a bad side effect at all compared to some of the incapacitating side effects that so many of us have had to deal with. Glad it's going well for you. If that's the only side effect I wouldn't mind.
