Sorry it took so long to respond....been out of town on business. For the most part, my cravings for carbs/sugars went away. Also my highs and lows during the day went away. It is absolutely wonderful. I'm almost down 2 sizes now. I must say that I am also under a Dr's. supervision while doing this.
