This is my second time on Prozac and like you, it seems to be working more slowly.
I was up to 60mg untill i felt some effect.
I felt a bit shaky on 60 and now back to 20mg and slowoly feeling better. I am Bipolar and in 6th month of depressive phase. There is always the danger of going into mania. Though i would not a wee bit.
