Effexor has caused a certain amount of anorgasmia for me, which has gotten worse as the dose has increased. It's not as bad as Paxil was for me, this time I can have an orgasm, if I don't mind working hard for a while, while on Paxil it just wasn't there without a ton of special effects in terms of techniques. Don't ask.
Since I have no partner right now, this is all based on toys and appliances, but instead of a five minute playtime, it takes about 20 minutes. Most days, it just doesn't seem worth it. But again, this is just me, only with appliances, and not nearly as bad as Paxil was.
