I can't imagine it would help. The weight
gain is thought to be from the blockade
of histamine 1 receptors. Zantac blocks histamine
2 receptors. I guess theoretically Remeron
might cause weight gain from unopposed histamine
1 blockade and blocking both receptors could
alleviate the wieght gain.
