I'm afraid I'd have to agree with Steve on this one. Your Doctor was probably being sarcastic, unless he thought that delayed orgasm (VERY delayed) was a desirable side effect.

It's also notorious for weight-gain.

That being said, it's extremely effective for OCD.

Your Doctor must have a dry sense of humor.
