my husband is experiencing very acute anxiety and extreme depression. Local Doc w/ great reputation prescribed both Celexa 20 mg for 2 wks then 40 mg thereafter. Two days into it and no significant improvement in depression. Dark room, dark thoughts, etc. How patient should I be. Klonopin 1 mg/day prescribed for anxiety issue. HELP!
