That is unfortunate, but quite common with a lot of meds, especially Wellbutrin. If you are willing to add another med for sleep, there are choices. A low dose of Remeron will work, with a light hangover feeling in early a.m.(goes away quickly) and maybe some weight gain being side effects. Low dose Serzone also, similar side effects. Low dose of a sedating tricyclic, like anafranil. The tricyclic Nortriptyline gave me great sleep, but drowsy days too. Low dose of Trazadone is a common add-on, with that same early morning mild hangover kind of side effect that goes away with the first coffee. These are all antidepressants as well. In the natural herbal arena, people use capsules or teas of valarien root, passionflower, hops, chamomile, and any combination of them. I found them somewhat helpful, but certainly not as sure-fire as a sedating antidepressant choice. There are so many choices, perhaps you should sleep on it. (Just joking) *grin* jamie
