I've also heard of this link. While this may seem very simplistic, a friend of mine has tried herbals such as Melatonin and Valerian for better sleep. She also gets a full body massage weekly. With this combination she's had a significant reduction in her symptoms. Also, see the thread on this board re. 5HTP and L-Trytophan.
