I know you need much more advice than I can give you, but I can feel your fear and helplessness and my heart truly goes out to you.
I've read about people developing tolerance to Nardil and, if I recall correctly, they were prescribed Prosac to try to get them through and, at some point, they were able to resume the Nardil and receive its benefits again.
What about Parnate - also an MAOI but slightly different chemically? Might that be an option?
Hopefully Toby can give you some REAL advice; but know that I'm rooting for you.
