Effexor + Wellbutrin + 75lbs.

I have been on effexor for two and 1/2 years. It worked well until, slowly, my weight started to creep a pound at a time. I was happy until I gained 75 lbs.!!!!( despite my dieting, exercise etc...)
My doctor than combined wellbutrin and it is still not working. Now I need to come off of effexor and I am scared. Does anyone else have some experience with effexor+wellbutrin or gaining a lot of weight or detoxing from effexor and switching to another drug that works for you from effexor??PLEASE HELP!!!
