Have you tried any of the newer antihists ? Zertec
and Allegra (forget Claritin...it is to weak) There are a number of steriod nasal sprays that can treat your allergy problems at the specific site. There are pleanty of long term studies that show the steriod stays at the site and does not become systemic. Sounds to me like the root problem is the pseudoephedrine and its side effects; and there are better options that will not make you jittery. It seems like you need to get off the pseudoephedrine first and get your allergies under control. Then work off the atavin. Feel free to e-mail me.....I've had severe allergies since I was 17, and was born with ADD and depression.
