I've been there too. 2 things which might help Wellbutrin or Desryel. I'm taking a combination, and wellbutrin is kind of expensive without insurance. Desryel can be sedating, so I take it at night. I'm not sure where you are, but look in you phone book for mental health centers attached to hospitals, or clinics affiliated with universities. Some of these will offer care to people without insurance. When you get a choice of doctors, ask them what their approach to meds is. There was a thread in Jan or Feb which dealt with finding the right doctor...
Stay with it--there are solutions, but it does take a lot of faith that things can and will get better.
