YB David!! Anything but Halcion!! Speaking from personal experience, it's effects are great at first, then you may need more and more and more to sleep!! I have been weaning off of it for 6 months, withdrawal from Halcion is month I'll be going in-patient for 2+ weeks to detox from the last .5 mg of Halcion. I wish someone had said this to me 2 years ago!! It's not worth it, it's dangerous!!! Don't do it!! -Shelley

BTW, klonopin is very helpful, and not as hard to kick should you need to. And it's good not to mix alcohol.
