I also had a greater level of anxiety, my sleep was worse and too many side effects to tell if it was helping even as much as the SSRI's towards the OCD. If you read my post just above your's, I'm thinking about trying Serzone with the possibility of adding in Prozac - the SSRI that worked the best for me. Just too many side effects, especially of the sexual nature. Good luck and let me know if you know anything about the Serzone. Thanks.
