Why won't either Dr. Bob or Toby help?

I've repeatedly sent questions about treatment resistive bipolar depression. My psychiatrist is a specialist in mood disorders. But, we've gotten nowhere in over 6 months of trials. A year before the specialist, I saw three other psychiatrists. They couldn't resolve this condition either.
I realize that this illness has impaired my powers of cognition and mental organization. If my questions did not come through clearly and appear confused, then, please, point this out. I'm not sure if I've made any sense in years.
