First, what dosage are you referring to as "full"?

If someone's been at a particular dosage for 8
weeks with no response, then I think it's unlikely,
though anything's possible, that there will be a
response later.

But in your case it sounds like your panic disorder
has in fact responded, so it's not like the Prozac
isn't doing anything...
